over time?
i recently purchased a LV DE medium agenda from fashionphile and when i put it next to my DE neverfull i noticed the canvas is lighter. i trust FF but i also know fakes can sneak by.

i know i can have it authenticated but i also just want to know does canvas fade.
the agenda has a date code stating its from 2004.

Colors of canvas vary from piece to piece. Someone recently brought up this very same subject and many posted pictures to show variance. None of my pieces within the same line (mono, DE) are exactly the same color, but not enough for anyone but me (and maybe other TPFers!) to notice.

Yes. I recently purchased a DE piece and at the boutique, I chose between 3 or 4. There were definite variations in the DE canvas that event the SA noticed. I had wanted to get a MIF bag, but I really preferred the MIUSA bag's color.

Yes it does fade, the DE or mono print is basically silkscreened to the canvas. So constant rubbing to the canvas can make them fade. Happened to my wallet on the side that faces my legs(I always put it in my jeans pockets).

Yes. Ive noticed fading in my mono pieces! I think it all depends on how its been handled. My wallets are def more faded than my mono handbags. Hope that helps!
Hi I know this is an old thread. But wanted to ask if you have a mono neverfull and if so do you see that it has faded? I am debating on getting a world tour neverfull but am afraid of the canvas fading.
