Michael Kors Does anyone own this bag?

I don't have the small quilted sophie satchel but I do have 2 hamiltons made of the same leather. I dont have a pic of the black hamilton, only the red, its e/w. The black is the same bag only in n/s. The red is a true cool red. They are holding up just fine as far as the leather and grommets go. I'm not sure if that helps or not. Sorry.

This is a very personal choice, but for me this bag is a little too much. Lots of details, but when put together on the same bag it be comes a bit much. The color is stunning, the silver is a great combo with the red, and it's classy with the quilted leather. But not all at the same time. Then again- I like structured leather, and bags that are limited when it comes to detailing. As I said, it's a personal choice, and only you can decide what you like.
Important things to consider is what your needs are and what you will be using the bag for. If you want to WOW people, this will do it! Do you want an every day bag? Or do you have some special occasions in mind? These wow bags are great for many occasions, but I don't think I'd wear them to the grocery store.

This style, I'm talking about the busy shiny leather, whipstitching and grommets not the hamilton shape itself, is EXTREMELY busy so if you plan to use this as an everyday bag its a bad choice. I only carry them when wearing head to toe solid color because its so much going on and your eye doesn't know where to look first. If you already have a large assortment of bags to choose from, get one. They are definitely fun bags to own and have that little extra when you want to stand out. I chose the red in e/w because of the bright red color being a little "in your face" in n/s. The black is fine in n/s. The bag style your inquiring about is small so you should be ok. MK makes a little bit of everything for everybody. Saffiano is great but I like soft leather, studs, grommets and interesting details too. Depends on mood and occasion.
