Does anyone own Coach Peyton Brown Signature Double zip Carryall tote?

I'm looking at this bag right now to buy and wanted to hear feedbacks on if things fall out of middle compartment easily since there is no zipper. I use MK tote with a button closure and I've had things fall out when I bend down. Also I would be worried about someone pick-pocketing if I was in a big city or something.
Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

I used to own Peyton Double Zip in saffiano leather (sold it to buy other Coach bags ). The saffiano leather is very stable so the tote remains standing up but I'm not sure about the siggy. The large open compartment also has a snap closure so I never had trouble with anything falling out.

Thanks for reply. For those who owned or own this bag, what is that beige key fob thing on front? Does it hold key to lock the bag? The bag I got didn't come with it.

The beige key fob held a ring but there were no keys or lock. Just for the look, I suppose.
