Not really. The tab fold over looks like a Treesje Marseille, and the ruching looks like a Latico Paris. I'v seen that kind of vertical margin before, but I can't recall where. I don't recall any clutches, so I wonder if this is a bag with the strap inside.

This bag is not the same, but similar. It's smaller, less costly, and comes in black, ice blue and lilac.
