I’m too socially crippled to call customer service and ask

I last spoke to my SA on 5/15. I live in an area that was less impacted by COVID-19 and my city has been reopening. My local Tiffany store reopened on 5/14.
With all that said, my SA wasn't sure when those types of services would be available again. She mentioned that they won't even accept your jewelry to do a quick in-store cleaning at this time. She also has heard of no ETA on when the NY store will reopen and accept items for repairs, resets, etc.
