Does anyone know what this is??

I bought this necklace in 2004 for $300. I didn't keep any of the information about it and now I don't know what precious beads these are. If you have any guesses, I'd love to hear them!

I think the white is mother of pearl? It has soft hints of pinks and greens..

And the pink beads I just don't know. Looks like cat eye but this necklace is heavy and for $300 I don't know if cat eye is worth that much??

Pink quartz?

It's hard to tell from a picture. But to me the white looks like actual freshwater pearls in the flat drop shapes but they may be mother of pearl or some kind of simulated pearl (it would be easier to tell in person). I think the pink looks like either dyed mother of pearl or synthetic or simulated cats-eye effect stones. Impossible to tell from a picture. But those are my guesses.

Taking it to a good jeweler may help, they may be able to quickly identify it. Or maybe you can take it back to where you bought it or call and ask them.
