Does anyone know what Cartier tortue ref is this

Size M. The gullioche extended to the end of the watch face. Doesn’t have breuget hands. Can’t ID it as I’m fairly new to the space but considering buying it.

Yea it was in Asia. Last piece and a display piece. I found out it’s 3700. But realized the price was hefty and may prefer to get this second hand.
