Does anyone know if...

You would probably need to study one in a store to know what to look for. Most fakes I've seen are easy to spot. One obvious sign is how the diamonds are set. If they look glued in, or have no flash, that's a red flag for sure.

Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.

What do you ladies think? I am not aware of this particular style being faked. Usually the fakes are very obvious. The diamonds do seem to have a lot of sparkle.

From a layman's POV, it looks promising for authentic. I'm noticing that this is not your basic style of watch with the unusually shaped case, ribbed ball stem, quick change pins for the leather straps, and the pave' face, bezel and lugs. Can't tell how the diamonds are set, but they do look even, and they have color. Another good sign.

Is there an authentic watch dealer online whose photos you can compare it to?

Thank you all so much for your responses.

Oregonfanlisa, the watch is limited edition, it's very hard to find jewelers who sell it. The only pic I have to compare it to is from the Michele website. Here it is w/ the stainless steel band:

I won the auction. Let's keep our fingers crossed.
