Does anyone know if this is a 'Clous' bag?

I know that this bag with all the extra studs is called a Clous but was wondering if this one is also? Also does anyone know if this is available anywhere still? I've fallen in love with it in white...my biggest regret is not bidding on it when I saw it for $450 on eBay about a month ago

Yes, that is the clous. I would check and see if Balenciaga stores still have it. I know it was also sold at Jeffrey, Kirna Zabeate and Barneys. I'm pretty sure they're sold out by now but check Balenciaga!
