I was curious of the same thing. I called on Thursday & Friday to find out about the hours and speak to someone but no one picked up the phone.
It seems like every time I called this outlet the phone just rings and no one picks up.

it should be open on New Year's Day, usually there will just be an early closure New Year's eve. I think the only actual closed day is Christmas, and I think Thanksgiving.
