I’m looking for a highly, highly skilled and trustworthy doctor — money is not an issue! I had initially heard some things about Dr Aaron Kosins, but despite his strong online presence and seemingly high reviews, I heard some things about him being lazy with his “lower profile” clients or people who didn’t want to be featured on social media. Does anyone have a recommendations? Or if you don’t have any names, possibly tips on how to find someone reputable?
Does anyone know any good doctors that specialize in tip rhinoplasty in SoCal?

I’m also looking for someone good with tip work but limited because I’m doing a revision and some docs don’t do them.
I hope that is not true about Kosins because I just booked a consult with him.
I think if you are serious and investing in it, book consults and see which doc you like the best.
Also, be aware of what style you are going does

Deepak Dugar- doesn’t take revisions but I really like his work and his office is so sweet and nice. Wish I was 1ry.

Dr. Matthew Tamplen - can't recommend him enough. Have had 2 friends have surgery with him who were botched by other surgeons. They are super happy with their results. Pretty sure he specializes in rhinoplasty / revisions.
Sorry you may have had a poor experience with Nassif. My group of friends, who include MDs and/or their wives or staff, have all had good experiences with Paul Nassif. He is pricey, though.
I had tip plasty in Korea. Search on the google and list up the doctors and search more.
