I didn't know they made it in the larger sizes. I've only seen the medium messenger person. It's a pretty cool looking bag. The studs don't stick out too much.

I was not a fan of the large black studs, personally.

Yes the leather is soft yet thick. Just like the hamilton traveler like mentioned above.
