Does anyone have the new Cartier C de Cartier bag?

I saw this bag in both sizes in Honolulu and thought they were quite nice, classic and well-made bags.

Why doesn't anyone buy Cartier bags? Is it because they are only sold in boutiques?

I don't really think of Cartier as a handbag kind of brand, and I'm personally not a fan of their bag styles. But that is just me, and why I've never contemplated buying a bag from them.

I used to work for Cartier and I was consigned a Marcello. I must say that I LOVED that bag. The quality was on par if not better then some of the well known handbag brands. I can tell already from photos that Cartier has outdone themselves with the C de Cartier. You can see the hand stitching and quality of leather and handles. The only gripe I have is that the heat stamp alone leaves me longing for a little more brand recognition. A small Double C charm would have been a nice finishing touch especially since they are a jewelry maison, however the bag is stunning!
