Does anyone have problems with their GST where the Gold Round connector?

Someone from work said their GST Strap keeps on coming off...the gold round part that is attached to the bag.
I hope you know which one I am talking about.

i have a pst but i don't have a problem with it. i don't think it's common because from what i've read, most pst/gst owners agree it's a sturdy, low-maintenance bag.

your friend should take hers to a chanel for repair?
