Does anyone have Gucci princetown mule with bees and star embroidery in size 35

Does anyone have a recent receipt (from any store/boutique) for Gucci princetown mule with bees and star embroidery in size 35?
I brought a pair but theres a defect to the fur which gucci have acknowledged. But without proof of purchase their not willing to help. I’m so annoyed as there really expensive, and thought that they would stand by the quality of their items. Can anyone help me out? I just need a picture of the receipt or proof of purchase. I was so happy to buy these I didn’t check them over, and can’t find paperwork

You don't need the paperwork they have it in their system. Just go back to your original SA and get him/her to help you. You can also show them your bank statement.

Asking someone else for their receipt so as to pretend is yours is fraudulent and will get them in as much trouble as you.
