Does anyone have experience purchasing from Gemvara?

I am looking for an initial pendant, something I have wanted for a very long time but have never found one I really like. I customized one I adore on Gemvara's website, but I don't know much about the company (like how their quality is, customer service, etc...)

Has anyone ordered something from them before? can you share your customized creation?

Cool site! There are some reviews on bizrate. One reviewer said the stones were small and the product was overpriced.

If you look at the comparison pics, a ring I looked at was shown next to a dime. The ring was bigger of course.
