Both are cute! Though with the heart you have the option of wearing it on a bracelet, whereas the key is likely a bit too long to dangle on a bracelet.

If you decide on the heart, IMO the blue charm wears better because the chain goes through a hoop which means that it won't flip over like the pendant will.
