Does anyone else feel like their nails always have to be painted?

I do my own toes as I'm afraid of the germs in the whirlpool.....when I do get a pedicure I ask them to make as short as possible

I like mine short, short, short too. The two places I go to have a plastic liner in the bowl that looks like a shower cap. They switch it and open new tools for each person. I'm a total germophobe.

I saw something on tv years ago where they said the germs causing infections could be in the drain

Mine are short as well. I love mostly neutrals on my hands. Toenails are either bright or clear but definitely short

Yes! The dip is awesome. That lasted about 3 weeks for me and stayed very glossy.

That's what I'm noticing as well. I love that they're still so glossy, and tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I got them done. Definitely worth the money and I will most likely continue to do the dip.

My nail place does the same thing with their whirlpool. Otherwise I would be totally grossed out.
