Is there a site where I can find information on these quilted banners? I can't seem to find my bag, and I've looked up every number on the tag, I've reverse image searched, I've tried finding the original auction from the production company... I don't know where else to look. Do you have any new ideas for me that I can try?

Most of them made in China actually, those are very cheap outlet.

Burberry does have items made in China and in many other countries.
Serial numbers are relatively a new thing for Burberry - I think I commented on this thread earlier. Look behind the the Made in Italy tag, and there should be some numbers there. That is a clue about the age of your bag.
There should be no cheap outlet bags that are Burberry.
