Doctor recommendations for natural rhino

Hi everyone,
I'm looking to get rhino this summer and am very nervous about a "fake" looking nose. I've noticed that a natural style of rhino has become pretty popular recently - this is the style I'm going for (basically a my nose, but better). Does anyone know any surgeons that specialise in this type of nose and know what the details of this rhino might be? Is it just an implant to raise the height of the nose bridge and nothing else?
eg. Umji's before afters

I actually hadn't heard of either! I'll look into it. What's everyone's opinion on Banobagi? I know they do a lot of promo through DocFinder with bloggers but I find their rhino (on those girls at least) pretty good. Does anyone know what their price point is?

Does anyone know anything about Wannabe?

i heard about Banobagi, their price is quite high, never heard about Wannabe

I've done my revision at DA, South Korea. I recommend you to do online consultation first since Covid-19 is quite nuisance to fly over to SK

Yeah, not planning on booking anything just yet - just doing some preliminary research in case I do decide to fly over this summer. Where did you get it done initially? And how do you like your revision so far?

Mine plastic surgery has great price point with great results. You can consult with them. They give discounts for before and after pictures.

I got mine done at Banobagi Sept 2018 so it’s already been 2 years and I love how mine turned out. To me it looks natural and not too big. They always have discounts every month for different kinds of procedure you just gotta keep an eye out for the procedure you want. When I put a down payment on mine, they had the 30% off. I got the silicone bridge, ear cartilage for the nose tip and alar reduction.

I really like your nose! Do you remember the name of your surgeon? Also was there any language barrier?
If you’re asking me, thank you and it was the head doctor for nose and eyes at Banobagi, Dr. Lee Hyuntaek  and they have a translator available that speaks fluently in English so no I didn’t have any problem with the language barrier.

Hi @pebblesandbam I am also looking for a rhinoplasty clinic that gives natural results. Last time I was in SK I have done a consultation with Wannabe clinic. The doctor is very nice and honest and the translator is very professional. They are not pushy at all and will not recommend unnecessary procedures. It's refreshing after visiting so many money-hungry clinics lol. I also saw some locals coming for a check up and they look good. However I think Wannabe's results are more on the dolly side. They look great but it's not my preference.

I would suggest you to look at before and after pictures first if you are considering any clinic to determine if their aesthetic match yours.

Yours looks so natural! This is exactly what I'm going for. I'm a big fan of Banobagi but I know they work closely with DocFinder which makes me nervous about extreme pricing inflation for foreigners...How did you find their aftercare? Was there any measure in place for a lower priced/free revision if you were unhappy? Were you able to bargain down from their listed promo prices?

Thanks so much for sharing!

If you don’t like the idea of going through medical tourism companies, you don’t have to go through them. The only reason I had to go through is because I had no clue on where to even start looking for clinics and hospitals in Korea for PS. Plus I already inquired through them and they send your name to the 5 clinics they give you as their client once they email you quotes. I didn’t mind using them, and tbh I feel like clinics will only give you a big discount if you’re doing multiple surgeries with them AND IF the clinic choose you to be their B&A model & give them a good review, I have friends here who did those. Instead of paying $15k-$20k for v-line, nose, cheeks, boobs, eyes, acculift, and almost anything u could think of, they only paid $10k-$14k . Anyways, For the Banobagi discount that I got, Docfinder didn’t even tell me that the clinic was having a 30% discount that month for rhinoplasty, good thing I constantly checked Banobagi’s website and so I mentioned it on an email to Docfinder asking if they would honor the clinic’s discount posted and they said yes and that’s how I got the 30% discount. The only good thing about using Docfinder was introducing me to clinics to start my plastic surgery plan, my translator was genuinely nice and I didn’t have to go to a pharmacy to get the prescriptions the Dr wrote for post surgery but that’s pretty much it. They didn’t really help with negotiating or anything. Before you go in surgery, Banobagi will give u like a disclosure letter to sign if you agree, saying something like if there’s something physically wrong with the nose they did you have 1 full year to go back to them for them to fix it, but if you’re just unhappy because the bridge is not tall enough then you will pay for that as a revision, I’m not really sure if they’ll give u a discount for a revision but it won’t hurt to ask before you sign the disclosure. I never really bargained to begin with actually, I just knew that I won’t get a higher discount more than 5%-10% since i was only getting 1 procedure done. That’s why I was so glad that I saw the 30% discount on their website, no thanks to docfinder lol

Good to know. They've been around for a while and have always produced solid work (just at high prices) so they're still on my radar...!
I'm looking more into cocoline too now - i like the natural look they have going!
