Do you wear your great jewelry on HOT days?

I'm from Louisiana so I understand about the heat!
I usually wear lighter pieces in the summer and my heavier or leather straps in the cooler months.

I don't have any issues wearing gold jewelry in the summer; in fact, I usually switch to yellow gold jewelry during the summer months. But costume jewelry and sterling silver I worry about, because the humidity, perspiration and other environmental factors (dust, pollution, etc.) can tarnish it. My yellow gold jewelry stays lustrous regardless of perspiration or other factors, so I feel more comfortable with it during the summer months.
i understand humidity (can't get away from it on an island), but still wear my bangles & rings & earrings.... i won't wear my sterling necklaces on days i think i'm going to sweat, bc of the potential for tarnish, but i might throw on a longer gold necklace.
Yeah, I still wear jewelry even if it's hot. Not if I'm doing something outside, but if I'm in the air conditioning mostly it's okay. I will take my rings and bracelets off in my car while I'm driving sometimes if it's hot so I don't sweat all over them.
no problem at all but where i am you basically just hop from one airconditioned spot to the other (that puls the cars all have the aircon on max too)
I do wear some, but take it off as soon as I get back home especially rings. I have a wide Tiffany 1837 cuff I'm thinking isn't going to get much wear time this summer and that's also why I've stayed away from the wider leather cuffs that are so pretty. I thought it was just me but my sister the family fashionista says she does the same thing.
Yes, I wear mine year round, because where I live in Florida is HOT 10 months out of the year. I don't wear it when I go running though... too sweaty! Also, I sometimes get an extra link put back in my watch for summer so it is easier to wear with all the humity and sweat that build up under the face.
It really depends what I am doing whether I wear anything at all. In the summer I never wear necklaces, I already feel confined by them anyway but I HATE to sweat and being sweaty and "confined". Otherwise I will MAYBE wear stud earrings and my wedding set. If it's unbearable and Ill be outside, I wear no jewelry at all.
