Do you wear the sunglasses in E version or W?

Do you purchase the E version or the W version of LV sunglasses?
My sales associate said the only difference is the nose bridge section, but I’m not sure how correct that is.

I wear the Eastern and am caucasian. I have a very flat bridge and E fits me much better than W.
