Hello, since love is meant to be worn at all times, do you wear it in the shower. I’m afraid soap and conditioner will dirty the diamond. However, the screw mechanism is not meant to taken on and off daily as I learned.

Yes, recommended to wear in shower since it's not good to take on/off. I'd use a very soft toothbrush with a little jewelry cleaner on it weekly to remove soap build up, hairspray, etc. . .
Yes, I think the shower helps to clean it. I wear it to the gym, everywhere. Only time I remove it is for swimming. I only swim in the sea or pool about once every 2-3 weeks.
