Do you use a card holder in your WOCs or the built-ins?

For fun I'm curious how many people use the built in slots and how many use a separate card holder or wallet with their WOCs.

I find myself using my card holder which I guess is illogical considering it's literally called a wallet on chain LOL!

I use my WOCs to go to concerts, games, etc... and only bring my ID, credit card from my wallet, they're just loose in there or in the front pocket under flap.

If i’m in a rush i’ll throw in my card holder. lol
Otherwise I use the card slots.

I use a cardholder or put cards in the zipper compartment. I want to use the slots but I find it super hard to get cards out of it... ugg. I think it'd be easier if the slots were in the front instead of the back.

I have a small card holder I move from wallet to wallet. If I need other cards, I'll use the card slots of the WOC. I do this a lot when I'm traveling.

When I was almost exclusively wearing WOCs ten years ago, my cards went into the slots in the bag. But now that I change my bags fairly frequently (and own more SLGs), I just toss in a card holder. It's easier and also feels more secure, plus it makes me feel less likely to forget or misplace something.

I use the card slots but I don’t carry many cards with me - just my ID and credit card. My Metrocard goes into the back pocket for easy access. I carry two phones (one for work and the other personal) and they take up most of the space in my WOC. I’m usually also able to carry a lip balm and keys.

Definitely the card slots. If I need more space, I use the front zipper compartment. Then it easily fits my phone, keys and a lipstick.

I use my Camellia WOC mostly for evening outings, so I just take a card and ID and usually use the slots or will put them in the zipper pocket.

I only use my WOCs for situations that I wouldn't need or want to carry around a bigger bag for. (concerts, dinners, parties, sporting events, etc.) I then pick and choose my most needed cards (ID, top two credit cards, a debit card, possibly some cash), and put them in the card slots. Also need my keys and a lip balm. I definitely size down to fit my essentials for the day. Some WOCs fit more than others though.

This is true. But I still use the card slots, I figured in time, if I stack two cards in one slot (at least for two slots) over time it will loosen and be easy to access. The main compartment is for phone and key.
