Do you stack your VCA 5 motifs with Watches?

Hi everyone! Bit worried to stack my VCA Alahambra 5 motif with my Rolex DJ. Does anyone do this on a regular basis and if so do they scratch each other? More worried about the watch than the bracelet.

Honestly, I wouldn’t. But that’s just me! I’ve seen many people on social media do it. Not as many irl. If you’re wearing a SPS 5 motif, I would say definitely don’t. But that’s in regards to the bracelet… If you stack pieces, inevitably they will scratch each other. I think the only way to avoid it might be to have both pieces sized so snug that there is no more movement at all. If you want to protect the watch, I’d wear the 5 motif on your other wrist.

Don't do it. Scratches both things. I'm really not sure why people stack bracelets with their timepieces. The only watches that are scratch resistant are ceramic, and only if you're not hitting them with any diamonds.

Not a good idea but I have stacked my Malichite with my Rolex DJ and never again. Luckily only a tiny scratch was visible but that was enough to keep them separate from now on.

Personally, I wouldn't! I value my AP watches as much as my VCA bracelets/bangles. This is the main reason that I need to change the length of my 5 motifs to be worn on my right hand while now I am wearing my watch on my left hand. I even never stack my 5 motifs altogether.
Maybe I am the minority here who don’t like to stack my jewelry at all. I just feel stacking everything will make the final look too “busy” looking. It’s a personal preference but I prefer to focus/admire the beauty of my jewelry one at a time  At least different piece on my right or my left hand, 1 pendant or necklace (but not both) and statement earrings!

I think I may have once, but it’s not for me. One, I’m OCD about scratching, so I tried putting something between the two pieces so they wouldn’t hit each other, but the best I could come up with was a very nice looking hairband, which looked terrible (ah, there’s money to be made in producing beautiful barrier bracelets!); two, I don’t like the way the 5-motif (a relatively light bracelet) feels next to the much heavier watch. I love the look, but I guess it only works if you keep your arm horizontal and never move it.
