Do you regret buying the Azur Key Pouch?

I had a terrible time with an MIS azure cles in 2014 and sold it at a minor loss. Not worth it. I bought a graphite cles last year and while I don’t use it every day, it looks brand new. I’d only consider getting one if you plan to keep it in a bag instead of your pocket, or if you really LVOE azur.

I had a terrible time with mine and sold it at a minor loss, but I bought it back in 2014 when the gold would literally flake off the zipper pull and track and expose the white metal underneath. This happened within a few days of light use, well in the return window. I took it back to the store I bought it from and they said it was normal wear and tear and wouldn’t refund or replace it. I argued that gold plated brass shouldn’t flake off and expose a white metal underneath. That’s when they told me they were using a “golden coating over a silvery base.” So buyer beware!

That's terrible. A few of my key pouches have some wear to the zipper pull, but that's to be expected after several years of use. Certainly shouldn't be the case after a few days. I'm guessing that was a defective piece, I've never heard of that happening so quickly. In any case they will replace the zipper pulls for free in-store, should you ever buy another one.

Wow that's great to know, I had no idea they'd replace the zipper pulls!

Do they replace the entire zipper pull including the fabric area?

I have a key pouch that has snagged / ripped fabric around the metal zipper..

I’m sure that they will do this, but of course it would have to be sent away for repair and there would be a charge. It’s neat that they can replace the zipper pulls in store for free!

I never regret I bought one, but I regret I sold it..!
Mine is from 2013. Yes it gets dirty, but it’s because I put coin. Then last month I sold it away because I thought it’s dirty, old, and I have mono one which I never use. No defect on the outside, no stain or anything.
I changed to mono, but I miss my DA pouch, because it’s light color, easier to use especially when your bag has dark color inside. You can spot it right away. I contact my SA and lucky he had 1 available. But off course with the current price, which is almost triple price from 2013. Now I will not put coin, I will use it for extra card. Love this little cutie.
