Before I post I check the OP, first page and the last page of comments, just to make sure that the thread hasn't gone off into a whole new conversation before I write down my thoughts. Then after I've posted I'll read the rest as I try not to be influenced beforehand by what anyone else has already said. Obviously if the thread is 100 pages long I'll skim through and read every other page etc.

Who Replied?it depends on what the topic/question is. most of the time, i read most/all replies first and then reply but for a thread like this, i reply and then read the replies.
