It's on ebay for $275. I thought the price was good, but I wanted to know how easy it will be to actually change bands? Does anyone have a watch like this and if so, are you happy with it?

Nice! It is a Michele Urban watch, I think. There's a few links that discuss about this brand. Heard it's quite reliable and has a good reputation. It's now managed by Fossil but I say go for it. It won't hurt to add another interesting watch to your collection.
