Hmmm, the shape and gold plaque remind me of a Delancy.
Is that it?

I checked eBay to try to prove my theory and here's a listing for an MK Delancy wallet that looks like it's a match to your bag.

Codegirl is right on the money, the "Delancey" is for sure the name of the Collection your bag is in. I was not able to find that exact bag, however, I've found the Delancey foldover tote on the MK website, overall, you bag has the same goldtone studs/hardware. I hope this helps.
