Do you know any store or designer make cute clothes?

I went to Anthropologie today and saw lots of cute girly clothes but even size XS is too big on her I think...She is very tiny. I like Sonia by Sonia Rykiel and I was browsing Topshop and saw lots of cute clothes... hah I might do some shopping for myself as well

aquahot, top shop! I am your cousin's age and I love bows and ruffles so I know where she's coming from. I buy stuff from TopShop from time to time. Price is very agreeable and the styles are very cute. The size 2(their smallest size) is"okay" on me..could be a bit tighter, but if you cousin is small too, I'd recommend that brand!

aquahot, meow! I wear the size two and the stuff(at least the all cotton stuff) shrinks. Since your cousin is tiny, maybe you can get her something from the Petites section! I normally buy the size 2(my dimensions for reference: 31" chest, 23.5" waist, 32" hips). Hope this info. helps!!!

P.S: pick yourself up some stuff from topshop too! ::wink nudge:: I was just browsing yesterday and I found 5 things I'm considering buying, lol.
