I have just decided that I desperately NEED a compact flat bag that I can wear crossbody style for hands free shopping. I'm eyeing the musette salsa with the long strap. Does anybody have this and hate it? I'm thinking of ordering through e-luxury, but I want to make sure I'll love it first. I know I should just go to the boutique and try it on, but it may be a while before I have time to do that. Please tell me all the good and bad points of this bag if you own it. TIA!!!

I have it in Damier, and I LOVE it. It is my favorite bag in my collection, and definitely my most-used. It is so carefree and easy to wear, and looks great with pretty much any color clothes. You won't regret buying it!!
Oh, and the only "bad" point is probably the flap opening, if you're not used to it. I'm used to the flap opening, since it's actually more convenient/ fast than a zipper opening. That's about all I can think of.
I have it & I do like it but it depends how much you carry it can be difficult to get things in and out of. But if you don't carry much should be ok
I like the large musette...but I dont think anyone hear does too much. Are you thinking of getting in the mono or damier?? The salsa one looks too small IMO.
Well that's another decision to make! I'm leaning towards the mono. Does it really look too small? I think I want it small so it is more lightweight. I just want it for mall shopping, etc. where my hands need to be free and I like that it looks like it would stay close to the hip. I think I've talked myself into trying it on instead of going via e-luxury. Thanks for all the opinions everybody!
I have it in Damier and love it. My friend liked it so much she picked one up when she was in Paris recently and used it for the balance of her trip.
