Do You Ever Say 'My Bad'?

Sometime you hear people say 'my bad' if they make a mistake. I don't think I've said it, possibly because it hasn't come to mind when the opportunity was there. Sometimes I think I might say it, but then I wonder if it's too trendy and I shouldn't say it.

Do you ever say this?
