Do you buy your Chanels to "reward" yourself or just because you "need" another?

I have been thinking about my motivations for buying my various Chanels and they are either an annivesary gift, birthday gift or Christmas gift...I rarely buy them as an impulse buy.

Am I the only one??

Neither. I buy a bag just because I like it. I don't think of it as a reward or a need.

Agree! Since my husband & I have been together for 17 years, we don't exchange gifts anymore because we buy what we want through out the year. Unfortunately, I always WANT a lot of Chanel, LV & Hermes!!! It makes me happy:biggrin:

I love your view of gift giving.... Happiness is key to life...and if Chanel, LV and Hermes can make it happen:graucho:...so be it!:P

I don't buy them to reward myself. I just buy a bag when I like it and my budget allows for it. I do try to have functional bags though--such an everyday bags, girls night out bags, work bags, fancy dinner bags, etcetc.
