I'm just back from a holiday in Orlando and I'm kinda bummed that the outlet didn't sign/stamp my Authenticity Card! :(

Just wanted to know - is this usual?

The bag was the grey Trotter Romantique zipped pochette - it's so cute! (and sooo much cheaper than the U.K prices!!)

All of my bags from the outlet are not stamped either. I called the Cabazon outlet yesterday and the SA there verified that they do not stamp the authenticity card.

Hope you had a good holiday!

The boutiques really should be doing it!

I know! But I don't know why the ones in San Francisco doesn't! (Both bloomies and Dior boutique) :push:
I've asked them about it before. They told me some boutiques do it and some don't. I wonder why....... :confused1:

I'm really surprised by the number of people who haven't had their cards stamped at boutiques! My first Dior (from a boutique in Brussels) was stamped, and I just assumed they all did it! They really should!

Obviously if you buy from a boutique, you know its authentic, but still! It's good to have in case you sell it on?

If you are able to return to the boutique of purchase I would strongly encourage you get the authenticity card stamped. This not only helps when you are trying to resell the bag, but is also needed to determine if you are eligible for a free repair or replacement should a problem arise (assuming you don't have the receipt on hand or you are going to a different boutique for repair).
