Do Coach SA know if you returned an item?

I love my boutique SA associate but sometimes she suckers me so good into purchases!

Do they know if you returned the item to a diff store? I know they don’t make commission but do have quotas.

Yes if they care to look they can see your entire purchase/return history including online and outlet assuming you gave your email or phone number when purchasing.
