Do Canadian and US PCE Cards Differ?

Does anyone know if the cards sent out in Canada and the US are different in any way? Do you know if a card mailed to someone in the US can be used in Canada?

 

I called Coach in Toronto and they said the cards mailed in the US can be used in Canada.
