Do blahniks run true to size?

I usually wear a 9, sometimes 8 1/2, in US sizes and all my manolos are 39.5- 40.5. I have pointy elf feet so I can wear a smaller size in pointy toe shoes. I hate it when toes hang over the front of open toed shoes but I see that all the time. In the campari usually I prefer a 40, but being as they are hand made there can be quite a bit of variance within the same style/color. Enjoy!

For the d'orsay styles I have to go 1/2 size DOWN. I'm a 35 in all designers but MB and Prada. I am going to get these sandals pretty soon and in a 35. I'm crossing my fingers to see if they fit when I get them as I've never tried MB sandals/non-d'orsay styles before.
