Yes...I notice the sales person at the H-store also find difficulty too..I asked her : is it sooo difficult.She replied: you have to get used to it,and it is better this way so that it's not easy for pickpocket to open your bag.But I guess me as the owner of the bag will find it not practical too,especially when we are in a hurry...(Smiling)
