Do all coated canvas bags turn yellow over time?

I bought a white dooney scottie bag at TJM yesterday.

The bag looks like this:

It just remembered now that dooney had some issues in the past about their coated canvas bags turning yellow after several months. I think the problem was with their IT bags (with D & B monograms) and the Hearts styles.

Do you think that the scottie bag will eventually suffer the same fate? Or those previous styles were just "bad batches" ?

it may it may not. my dooney it bag was blakc what happened is someof the coating wore off and it turned grayish in that area.

keep it out of the sun if u arent using it and just try not to scrape any coating off. no reason it should turn

Im afraid that since the bag i got was white, even a slight yellowing would be noticeable. Im still thinking about returning it since i dont really need the bag, i just want it because its so darn cute.

I once saw a pale pink D & B in Winners that was turning yellow on one end - I figured that end had been in the sunlight in whatever store it had been in before they sent it to Winners?
