Do all Clinique glosses stink after a while?

Every clinique gloss I've had starts to smell awful after a bit. Is it just me? Does anyone know why? Is there anything I can do to stop it? I really want to buy another one but I don't know if my poor nose can handle it.

are these glosses new? if they are several months old that could be the reason
they have an unpleasant scent or it could be an ingredient that they use.
did you call the store where you bought that from? if you have your receipt
might considering bringing them back...

I wore clinique lipgloss back in HS and i can remember this too if my memory serves me correctly. They had a color i wore exclusively but I do slightly recall an odor after awhile. almost sour
