Do 28 and 31mm gold Rolex datejust’s exist new?

They appear to be current models as per the Rolex website. All Rolexes are in short supply these days anyway, you usually have to join a waiting list.
I own a 28, but I think I was the last production year which was about 7 years ago.
When I got my watch serviced earlier this year and re-appraised, Rolex AD told me they don't produce my size anymore.

I was made aware by 2 Rolex Boutiques and 2 ADs that 28 size is no longer in production as it is retired. However, 31 is very much still in existence although they are not readily available. One must request or make a wishlist for it as I have and hope one day to get that call. Good Luck! ✨
Thats so strange I was just in the store TWO days ago and they confirmed that they are still making them, they have stopped the 26mm a while ago but 28 & 31 are still in production but yes he did mention that you'll have to join the waiting list and the chances of you walking in and having these sizes readily available are very slim but the 31mm is more likely & that's cause they are trying to get rid of their old stock first before making any new ones so the more people buy the faster we'll get our wishlist items haha
Oh I meant the 26 size is retired but 28 I wasn’t really interested in cause it’s too small for my liking and in my mind, could be phasing out next after the 26 possibly? So a 31 was a perfect choice for me with the bonus of the hidden clasp. I found out in the 36 new model, the hidden clasp for jubilee is no longer available..too bad cause otherwise I would have considered it too..
I was told 28 is easier to obtain than 31. Anything with Mop dial is hard given it’s considered part of jewelry line and they are more rare to come by than other dials.
I'm sorry for the misinformation. Mine is in fact a 26 mm.
I was in Las Vegas last week and was offered 28 size in two stores. One store had 2 available in Cesar’s Palace with diamonds on the bezel too. The other was in the Wynn.
I tried all stores in Vegas before finally getting offered a 36 in the Crystal - I prefer larger sizes on me.

When I entered the store I was shown 2 watches available in a glass case. I was offered a stainless 36 DJ with president bracelet, the watch had a blue face. I declined as I wanted two tone jubilee bracelet.
The SA asked me to take a seat and showed me the two watches below and let me try them on. She asked me which I preferred I thought she was going to take my information for a watch and that would be it.
She disappeared to the back of the store and came back and said I guess you’re wearing this watch to the U2 concert tonight.
I tried all stores and this was the last store. I took the white with the Roman numerals because it’s a classic look.

Oh i wish that was the case in my region, 28 is very difficult to come by here sadly
