Diva,s Neckless Sells For $1.3 Million

An antique pearl necklace that once belonged to the most famous singer of the Arab world was sold at auction Tuesday for $1.3 million. Christie's Dubai branch said an anonymous bidder snapped up Umm Kulthoum's necklace, paying 10 times more than the estimated value.
