Only issue I have found when shopping in TJMaxx and Marshalls for MK bags is that the MK hangtags are sometimes missing. So annoying as I've seen lot's of bags I have liked but had no hangtag so haven't purchased it.
Has anyone else experienced this? maybe it's just been my bad luck when looking recently.

Was wondering if anyone knew why they are missing.Is this because people take them off the bag's or do the discount stores only get them because they are missing the hangtags?

I did read on their FB page a few weeks ago that they were know to give replacements free of charge but although i'm in the US alot ( for work) I live in the UK so not possible to post to a UK home address.
I just got a MK bag a few days ago from TJ maxx without a hangtag as I liked the bag so thought if I can't get a hangtag I will just return it. I'm planning on going into the MK store and asking if they have a spare one.

There are also plenty of his bags that DON'T come with the hangtag. I know I have a few (that were purchased in the boutique so slim chance of them getting stolen) that don't have hangtags.

I had the same problem I bought the bag and realized after the charm was missing so I called my local Michael kors store and they told me to com in with my bag and receipt and they kindly replaced it. its honestly a easy fix and it was free of charge
