Discount for SAs

Do SA's at Louis Vuitton get a discount?My mother just asked me this but i really was not sure.
I heard they have a 20% discount.

I have also heard 20% but they have to wait for the item to be out I think it is 6 months before they can buy it. And they have a per year spending limit
