Discontinued Cadenas....and the world of eBay

If you keep your eyes open (for a very long time!), you can find cadenas on ebay at decent prices - sold by the average Hermes lover, not those being sold by the power sellers. I just bought the gold lyre this week for about $220 (?? it was $143 pounds stirling - what is that in USD?). I also got the Chinese lantern for under $400. But, it took me three years of searching to find the lantern. So far, my little cadenas collection (all gold except the lantern) includes the hippo, elephant, heart, lantern, lyre, lion, sunflower and pelican. I just love this little charms and am keeping my eyes peeled for a gold shooting star at a good price!!
No key, the Heart charm has a screw lock that you twist open and closed.I have question about the cadenas... How do you open them? I'm considering the Heart one, but it doesn't come with a tiny key does it?
NO,.... those evil gods of hermes decided that those of us who have ruthenium hw bags deserve NO CADENAS!!!...why?

I think you could get away with using a palladium charm with a ruthenium HW bag?
I love the shooting star, too... and the heart, and the boat; I love the boat... maybe one day!
