Discoloration

I need some insight. I got this heart tag charm which was originally an adorable lavender but now has turned into a yellow beige. Is there any way I can fix this or should I bring it up to a sales representative?

It looks like the colour of the enamel has faded, which does happen over time. AFAIK it's not possible to restore the colour but I'd take it to Tiffany to see what your options are.

I’ve seen lots of this happening via people complaining on Twitter, it’s really poor! Hopefully they can exchange it for you.
