Discoloration on Prada Re Nylon (Black)

Hi! I have had this prada re nylon shoulder bag for a few months now - bought off a resale site so it was not brand new but in great condition. Does anyone know if this discoloration near the straps is normal? It’s on both sides, but mostly the back. Appreciate any insight anyone might have!

Could it be sunscreen or lotion residue?

Deodorant if the shoulder strap is on the shorter side and it was carried on the shoulder while wearing a strapless top or dress???
