Discoloration around cc turnlock

Does anyone know what the discoloration around the cc turnlock is? This bag is a 21S and hasn’t been worn all that much.

It looks like a dirt to me.

The pic seems to be extremely magnified, not to scale. Looks like tiny superficial (surface) dirt. Have you tried a dry cotton swab to wipe it off?

It looks like some yellowish areas around the cc, is that what you mean?

Yes it’s like little dots right on the edge of the cc Turlock, kind of like rust?

I can see it a little now from my computer. It's likely soiled from your fingers, I agree about trying to clean it with a q-tip.
