    I think the print on that wallet has been silkscreened and is not woven. The color of the wallet also makes me think the discoloration may be nicotine residue. At a minimum, I think the lettering would break up and flake off with cleaning and I don't know if anything could get that wallet clean again. I would wait for another wallet to come up on ebay that was in good condition. You are rolling the dice that you will purchase something that is completely unusable. It may smell funky as well...
