As the title says, the "Dior" tag inside my new mitzah has come undone and now it's being held in by one stitch of the two, should I just remove it or what should I do? Can I get this repaired? Should I just pull it off?

It can be easily repaired. You can do it yourself if you have the matching thread colour. If you would rather leave it to a trained person, then bring it back to Dior and ask for it to be restitched. They may even be able to do it on site and return it to you very quickly.
The tags on silk scarves are only temporary. They are held on loosely as they should be removed when used.
Having a label sticking out on a silk scarf tied around you is not a good look.
